No. We review every request, then confirm or propose another time. Confirmed jobs and team time blocks are excluded from the requestable times.
Can I book just one service?
Yes. Choose an individual service and add only the extras you need. Included items are marked so you won’t be charged twice.
Can I use my printed discount card?
Mention the offer or code in the booking notes. We’ll check the offer and confirm your final price before the appointment.
What about stains, pet hair and drying?
Condition affects time and pricing. Tell us about severe stains or pet hair before booking. Shampooed seats and carpets may need extra drying time.
